Hardware FAQ

Q1 What are the recommended minimum requirements to watch video replays?
A1 A Pentium 3 1GHz with 256MB of ram will play video smoothly as long as video size is set to 100%, and not a larger size. This is highly dependant on the video card in the system. Slower machines can play our videos as well, but they may not play smoothly when made full screen.

Q2 The videos are too large for my screen!
A2 Windows Media Player 9 and above will automatically resize our videos, and it is recommended to download the latest version. If you do not want to download the latest version of Windows Media Player, you can adjust the video size by right clicking on the video and selecting a smaller percentage.
